another reason why not to do business with vivid

Vivid Racing sold me a part indirectly and they tell me they have it in stock, they refuse to accept it for an exchange. I would've been happy with a partial exchange but the OWNER was who i talked to and he is very thickheaded and I have decided that I will buy my JIC titanium exhaust, APEXi boost controller, and BLITZ turbo timer from somewhere else because these guys cannot be trusted if the owner can't even run a business.

Wow! thanks for the 411. I've heard nothing but good news from the others that ordered from VIVIDRACING. I'm saving up some ca$h to purchase items from VIVID but maybe now I'll wait until more EVO8 products become more available.

I ordered a harness for my TT from them. Ordering was easy online and I got confirmation. I guess the next step is to see if I get it, which I am sure they will send.

The evo wins,

Can you explain more clearly what the problem was? If I read between the lines, you ordered a part (indirectly) from them. At some point, you decided you didn't want that part, and now want to exchange it? If it was a special order, I can see how they might not want to exchange it. If I've gotten things wrong, please enlighten me.

I don't know what happened when you tried to exchange this part but I've heard very good things about Vivid. I have met the owner and he has always been straight up with me. Everyone that I have talked that worked with them thought they were great. If you didn't buy the part from them I can't blame em for not taking an exchange. What exactly happened?????
