I only ask because i'm considering getting a OZ Lancer for my new Daily driver. How do you guys like your Lancers? Fun To Drive? How do they respond to mods? Anyone have a turbo kit yet? Current one i'm looking at is an Yellow OZ with 5spd and Dealer Options{Sunroof, Leather interior}.. Total 20K. Let me know how you like them and i'll probably have a new Lancer sitting in my Driveway

Yeah it's a good car to go on your daily drive. No clue on the mods don't have money for them yet...

 

i just got my exhast put on today and i killed a celica gts and a matirx xr2wd 130hp one not the 180 hp one.all i got is a intake,custom magnaflow exhast,the sparkplug wires and some ap PARTS headers.AND THIS BABY SOUND'S BEAUTYFUL IT MAKES ME CRY.IT'S STILL NOT ALOT OF HORSE POWER MAYBE 140 TO 145 I GOT IT MOD TO.YEAH I HAVE A YELLOW LANCER .MY FRIEND HAS SUNROOF LEATHER AND THE WING FOR FREE IN HIS AND THE SAME MODS ON IT TO.BUT MY BROTHERS IS STILL STOCK BUT HE IS SAVEING FOR THE BIG BOY THE TURBO THAT GIVES YOU 10 TO 14 PSI AND OTHER THINGS.I HAVE PICS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.AND ALL KILLS LIST TOO.

 

I'll be waiting for those pics. I'm curious to see what your oz looks like.

The turbo kit seems like a Good start but we shall see on the test drive tomorrow. Bastards are making me test drive an Auto lancer becuase the one i want is in the Showroom.

 

my bro has the auto lancer oz and it allmost picks up the same as my's.and hey has beating other stick shift cars like civc ex and a mazda pro 5 and they had some mods on it .he has it stock.

Been driving the SS lately and everything feels slow to it but the Turbo kit will make up for it

 

blk I would believe lancer.. I don't believe the civics that were beaten had the best drivers and I also don't believe they had the best mods and a good setup in the car. But yeah it's possible. Civics and Lancers can be a good race.

 

I don't Intend on racing anybody till i put the Turbo kit on it
I've lost to a civic once in the Shadow... It's not a very proud thing to do

I just got a silver oz rally, damnit!!! mine didn't have a sunroof, they aren't offering them in my area yet... =( Oh well, I'm having fun with mine... no mods YET.... but they will soon come....

 

I should have an Oz Lancer by the end of the week if things go as planned.

Could you all hook me up with some links to places that sell performance parts for the lancers?

 

Damn, that would be my car if I had the sunroof. Mmm, gimme -- I wonder if the handling would change at all if I added a sunroof.
