Body Filler aka bondo. That works awesome. You mix up a small batch in a butter tub. Fit your grill first and bend it around behind to make sure it all fits up perfect. Then once you bend the grill around behind to the backside of your bumper, you smear the bondo all over in the places you want it to be held in at. I did that on my body kit for my old talon/eclipse and it could be literally kicked by someone and it wouldn't even break loose. But, my suggestion is to paint your grill black, or buy black grill mesh to start with. It givies it an awesome "stock" kinda look on a body kit like it was made for your car.
