It would be a neat project, but like ambystom01 said, it's rather pointless. Our cars are definitely not limited on space, so constructing a custom rear seat to acquire a NOS tank would be useless. If you did upgrade your pistons and rods for NOS you’re probably not using this car for much less than racing anyhow. Therefore would you even want the weight of a backseat at all? I would just take out the rear seats altogether to lighten the Lancer. Anyway, It's your choice, and like I said it would be interesting to see, but it wouldn't benefit you much in the "racing" image, maybe for shows. GOOD LUCK!

For racing having any passengers is stupid, unless you're rallying and then you just want a co-pilot.

If your going to put 4 racing seats in your car, you'll more than likely have to actually drill into the floorboard multiple times so they fit, it take a lot of time and paitince to line them all up looking right, which I already got 2 front ones, I think it would look weird as hell if I had the rear ones looking like front ones, but it could be cool looking maybe... about the NOS, whoa man you crazier than I am, i'm just modding my ES to look like an evo, not actually trying to make it go faster which will be your hardest part on your ES good luck hope you don't blow you or your car up if you get the NOS in it

Ricers have purge kits, especially on a slow lancer. Really what's the point, purge to show off the amazing power of a NA 4G94?

For real. I have seen show cars with four racing seats and it looks nice. Instead of putting a nos tank in between the rear seats do a fiberglass sub box with like one 12, or 15.

Then you can add the blow off valve simulator and then you would be set.

Please take pictures of your pistons for us. I would like to see what they look like after they have had small shots of nitrous applied to them.

I just don't get the point of using nitrous, especially a small shot, on a lancer. We'll never be able to get great 1/4 mile times, and on the amount that you can safely run without upgrading the internals (40 shot maybe?) you might as well not bother. Plus you have to refill the bottle, you might as save up and go turbo, that way you can get 200hp and not worry about frying your pistons. Honestly, when would you use nitrous, on the street?

Cause they used nitrous on the streets in the F&F.
