The piggy comes with a base 89 octane tune which I have heard is good for 10-15whp and about 15tq. I am going to have it proffesionally tuned for 93 octane and see what I can't pull out of it. It is plug and play though.

I have magnaflow and I love the sound. Ive heard clips and the evo2 exhaust has a deeper sound to it... although at WOT they will all be loud. Search youtube and streetfire for sound clips. there are quite a few.

pulley is prolly best bang for your buck. don't go piggy. Get the cable and ECUflash from another thread here and use it to tune your stock ecu. same as a standalone but only like $120. And no twin throttle body, I call it first...then you can get one lol.

I have the greddy exhaust and with full intake side mods, header and no resonator it sounds pretty mean. Last time my buddy drove it (the same guy who said all imports were rice) he kept on revving the engine just to hear it growl.

Nope, exhaust is good for maybe 2 hp on the top end, pulley adds maybe 1 (main advantage is better throttle response) and piggyback maybe 8-10 hp. Overall you'll gain maybe 8 whp.

haha... 8 whp for almost 1 grand in parts..... Makes me sick! lol

I dont look at the gains. I look at what I need for future turbo and go with that. If you plan on going N/A with the Lancer. Just don't mod it.

It's not the manufacturer that's the problem, it's the fact it's an economy 4 banger.

Economy 4 banger is true but the issue is the engine is pretty much old technology. Its the old mirage engine bored out............................................... ...................................... Should thrown a non FI 4g64 in the lancers. haha
