Ok, heres the deal.
Kurt sent me his old front motor mount because he got new ones. I filled it with windo weld and was planning to replace my old one.
But when i went to replace the old motor mount i found out im retarded and i cant get the old one off.
I loosen the bolt going threw the middle fine, but i can't get the other two bolts removed, because i can't get to them.
what tools did anyone use,. and how did you go about it???
Please don't flame me to bad for being dim

I had exactly the same problem. The easiest way to get the mount off is to first remove the bolt going through the middle then drop the cross member the mount is attached to. I think the bolts are like 16 mm.

There are more than 5 helpful threads on removing the front motor mount. One in which ambystom01 explains how he removed his motor mount; similar to what he stated above.
What did you type into the SEARCH bar ??
dude just drop the whole cross member... you wont even have to suport the motor with anything because the other 2 mounts will hold every thing.. its only 4 bolts 2on each end and bang your done..... that simple trust me bro, i had mine off many times.... super simple... its easier to drop the cross member than to chage you spark plugs.... and come we all chage are spark plugs how many times a month....

anyway, i just wasn't sure about dropping the cross member, if it was safe and stuff, thats why i didn't do it. I spent about an hour underneath the car experimenting with all sorts of tools to get at the 2 bolts.

Thanks again for the help.
Hopefully i will get it sorted, i can't wait to see the difference.
I am glad that mount worked for you. Just drop the cross member that it is attached to, you don't have to have a jack supporting the engine because you have three other mounts holding you engine in, swap the mounts, and put it back together. The three bolts that hold the cross member in are 17mm.

ok, got it sorted.
All bolted up and good to go. Seems to work good, engine moves less, gears shift smoother.
Can't wait to get my engine damper on too though!

well i already ordered the damper, although its been 2 months and they still haven't shipped it.
I will see how well it works, with the front mount filled, combined with the damper, i'm hoping that should be just as effective as having front & back mounts filled, but without the hassel of doing the back one.
But i am pleased with my front mount now, the car shifts smoother, and i can feel the engine isn't moving around as much when i accelerate.
