Lancer ES
Now that i have my job ( first one 
) I wanna transform my Lancer ES automatic 2003 into a racing machine with the looks.
I am wondering in what order I should buy/install these things, can one of the more experienced tuners tell me the steps
Short ram intake
Tints
Racing Seats
Exhaust
Rims
Tail Lights
Fog Lights
New Spoiler( I have the original spoiler that the dealer puts on)
Body Kit( A question what size rims should i get so i have decent clearance for the body kit.)
Strutbar Rear/Front(Which type should i get? And does the rear bar really work?)
Eyelids for the headlights

Try taking a look around. Everything you've posted has been covered except wheel clearance on kits...and that's not an issue because none change your fenders or quarter panels, therefore leaving you with the same sized wheel wells. Take it one step at a time and read up on em, and you'll find all the answers you want and then some.
