Thats incredibly ugly. I really hope noone outside of the rally community disrespects their Lancer by mounting one of those kits on their car. Actually make that *including* the rally community. I think I just threw up in my mouth

haha... Those are ment for rallying.... daily driven car isnt the smartest thing. You cant even get a car inspected with lights like those on. you would fail.

I dont understand all you people saying its ugly.... its not for looks. its for function. If you have been at an actual rally you will see that every single car puts a set like those on when it gets a little dark...

But why sold to every one in the public that easily.... If for rally only, (Depending on how many evom members or internet site browsers actually HAVE a Rally LANCER and Drive it) it should be sold towards rally drivers-- ie: Harder for public to get.... because why would we need such a thing?

just because its sold to the public doesn't mean it isn't for rallying...
geeze...
the lights are ment for rallying in the dark like mitsuboi said...
if you don't get it then ur pretty dumb...
if you buy those for street purposes then ur just as dumb as being naive to what the purpose of those lights are for...

Its easy for the public to get cause its their job making things for Lancer's. Its how they get their money, and if some fool wants to put them on, its his wish

All that aside, if I had a Rally Lancer, i'd rock um, but those arnt getting withing 20ft of my daily driven lancer =P

EDIT: BTW Rally Lights are like 10x brighter then regular headlights, ever run into one of those Mini's with rally light options? Nearly makes you blind.

last time i checked 99% of every lighting mod/part you buy has the words "off road use only" somewhere on the package. . . same concept

on a side note. i have come to the understanding that rally fans in japan are fond of sticking crap like this on their cars... if this is true, it affirms my belief that Japanese people are absolutely the craziest people on the planet. . i dont mean that in a bad way for any of you that may be japanese. i mean that in a very good way because its like they dont really care what people think. . . apparently. . . just look at them. . .those lights are huge.

First of all, it's for rallying, specially NIGHT stages. You wouldn't want to go though those roads with just your headlights on, trust me. When you're doing crazy ****e like that, you need all the illumination you can get.

Second, I am actually thinking about getting a spare hood and putting a set on cos I just hate those ******* who drive with their high beams on all the time. Imagine flashing them with that....
