Would the VIN store whether or not it has a Sunroof?
THe last 6 look like serial #, what is the difference in position 9 3 or 0 ?

F33 vs F03

Any ideas, anyone else got their VIN to throw up to see what changes are what?

 

there is a way, but I forgot.

it tells of place, what day it was built, fed or cali spec, and few other options.

I don't believe color was one of them.

 

So far the only difference I have seen besides the serial number is position 9

I am trying to find what position 9 is F33 looks like it is with sunroof. Any one else have one with the 0 or 7 in position 9 and what is on your car?

 

i dont know if this will help u guys at all http://www.autoinsurancetips.com/vin.htm but im pretty sure if u look in the drivers manual that came with the car they have diagram where they break it down, im just to lazy to go to the car to chek

Thanks. so the check digit will not have any bearing on what options are on the car?
