The stage 2 intake upgrade says that its a 1.8L mani, if im not mistaken this will fit perfect on an 02 oz rally. correct? Another question is that its says heavily ported, does this mean that the mani and fuel rail come bored out for performance? If i Order this I will be buying the mivec 275cc injectors to go along with this. I already have the safc2 but not installed yet, im waiting to have all mods before i put the safc2 in. Does this kit really give you gains of 24%?

It doesn't come with injectors, but it recommended. Don't know about the fuel rail being bored out

 

i don't think the fuel rail is bored.
but if i where you i would hold out on buying anything from A2 for a bit. Wait until things get sorted out with them. (if they get sorted out)

 

yeah, if you didn't reasd this thread, read it, then wait on buying from them.Also, I wouldn't take their gain percentages as an exact number. They seem pretty high for a Lancer.

Go take a look at the stuff that is being sold on there then jump over to ebay, you'll be surprised. 99% of the stuff there is just ebay merch marked as "A.2-Designs..." and tripled in price. Complete garbage and I can't believe my stupid *** fell for it in the beginning.

what else is from ebay? I know the lightweight pulleys are just mirage pulleys from ebay.

 

The FPR, CAI. Just do a search and you'll see his stuff come up as the cheapest listed in most cases.

What made me notice it was that he sent me a FPR and it still had the label from the ebay vendor he bought it from. All he did was slice the box open and put the flaps with the label on the bottom and the others on top then added his shipping label.

i actually bought one of the $20 ebay ones. they are Bomz racing and look exactly the same as the ones other people bought from A2.

I'm gonna be putting it on, hopefully this weekend, and taking photos. Keep an eye out.

 

I feel dumb for not realizing it in the beginning. After I saw that label it made me curious so I went and looked and DING look what I found. I particularly like the post from the guy that is listed as a "sponsored car" and he has no idea why he is listed on that site.

Im still trying to get my $250 from him and if I don't get it Im still going to do my best to make things for him a living hell.

 

People really need to get on top of this, stop talking and damn well do something. The longer you wait the harder it will be to get your money back. My guess is Phillip is sitting around laughing his *** off at all the free money he has. Someone should just go and talk to a lawyer about what can be done.

 

I have a friend that was doing stuff like this on a much bigger scale and got his *** locked up for a while, 3 years in federal. It's nice to be on the other side here in a way because I know all the places to goto to try and get this fixed for me and everyone else. I did a bunch of PayPal reports/claims on him and I know some people have done BBB postings. Next week I might be making my call over to the Orlando PD and let them know what is going on and the scale of it.

I think it'd be great if he showed up at his house one day to a fleet of Lancers wanting all out $$$ back.

 

you may want to check with the local DA in his area or possible a small law firm i nthe area hes in.
