You know what, it's probably some dumb-**** kid with an ES Lancer that wants nicer rims, but guess what... OZ wheels don't fit an ES! Or maybe they have a Honduh... same problem, they won't fit! People need to be shot!

thieving bastards!

I feel for you man, my eclipse was robbed last summer, sitting on the edge of a busy street, under a street lamp. They were even nice enough to leave the doors unlocked and the hatch half open.

These threads make me nervous to think about what if I had gotten some expensive Volk rims....

As it stands now the Yokohama AVS ES100's on my car almost cost as much as the TSW rims I got, So I guess I wont sweat it too much...

Sorry to hear about your rims though...

j's, the wheels wouldn't fit. Different lug pattern. If that were the case it'd be doubly as sad.

It sucked just reading that story, Carlos.

thats weird...here in cali all the ozs come with a special lug nut on each rim that needs a special fitting for the wrench to take it off...more or less like a key, but it works. I never have to worry about my rims getting stolen...now broken into is a diff. story...go to the dealer, shouldn't be too expensive to get a set of four. A lot less expensive than ur 500 dollar deductable anywayz. Sorry bout the bad news though. They'll get it in the end...

That has nothing to do with Cali. It's a dealer option. You can get locking nuts anywhere.

Yo Andrew, Whats Up? Good thing I ordered my rims on the 24th from Jeff at ILP Performance. It just sux that Rota only makes shipments to the U.S. once a month. The good news is that my rims are on the shipment coming the end of this month. I love them. Rota Formel 17's with a 1'' polished lip Thanks for reading my post guys. Hope this don't happen to any of you guys.

to let everyone now i've worked at goodyear for the past 3months or so and guess where they have the key legs if the car comes with them they are either 1: in the glove box or 2: in the trunk where the spare is.. it is pointless to buy those lug nut locks when people have the keys actually inside the car...people are smart and your rims will still be stolen a FYI for all those people that actually think that those things work.. just remember if someone wanted to steal ur rims so bad. they'll break into your car to get the lug nut key also..
