i consider myself a pretty big evo fan but i can't see the out physical difference b/n RS and GSR for the VII model

 

The exterior view will not give you much to tell whether it's a GSR/RS. But here is some differences.

(1) GSR has Brembo Brake (the big red caliper) and the required 17” rims, while the RS have only a standard brake and the stock 15” wheels.
(2) The only color available for RS is white
(3) The Recaro seats are Optional for RS
(4) No AYC for RS (you can’t really tell this one, )
(5) Power package is Optional also for RS
(6) Price Tag….

That’s all I know. I know I might miss some, feel free to add.

 

RS has black door handles and mirrors while the GSR's are color matched.

 

Not sure about the Evo7, but the Evo6 RS has antenna on the driver-side A pillar and the GSR has antenna on the rear window.

The GSR is a luxury packaged version of the Evo, comes with sound system etc
