i have a question if i hean on my car i can hear a nasty sqeeek sound does that mean i need new shocks??? and how much do lanceer shocks and struts usually run

 

No. That's usually the bushings in the rear suspension (generally the control arms in the back). Adding some WD-40 or grease solves the problem a lot.

Also, your car is 6 years old now, so the bushing might even be dying at this point. Check them out and see what's what.
