Lower it?

I plan on getting 17"-18" wheels and tires for my Lancer and a body kit. The question is, do you think there will be room to lower it or it probably won't even need to be, I want a low to the ground look between the car and the ground and in the wheel wells.

If you put 205/35/18 tires on, it shouldn't rub. My friend has 205/40/18 with Eibach springs, and they rub just a tad (not enough to be concerned about), but that size also raised the car 1/4 inch.

I recommend getting either of those sizes with the Eibach springs, but be careful of potholes, that tire profile doesn't like them (can damage the rim). If you're worried about that, I suggest you go with 17s instead.

Whenever you put larger rims and low profile set ups on stock cars they tend to exagerate the wheel well gap giving it a "lifted" look.
