Y01D Yellow? Where at?

So I've got some minor scratches. Nothing too bad.

Barely even noticeable from several feet away. But just enough to **** me off. I went to Autozone, Advanced Auto Parts, and a Pep Boys today, and nobody had Y01D Yellow touch up paint. Anyone have experience with their OEM paint? Will I only be able to find this at the Mitsu dealership/get a shop to mix it? Both of those sound like expensive options. Too expensive for a couple of inch long scratches at least.

is the paint actually scratched off? get some of that turtle wax ice liquid clay bar stuff... that stuff removed some scratches and other crap that i could have sworn i'd have to get painted over.

any paint shop should be able to mix you some color-coded touch-up paint.

Yeah. I've tried clay barring it a long time ago. Didn't work. The paint is definitely off. I don't know how these scratches could've happened.

Thanks alot kbadboy. I'll head up there now.

Yeah, for the small/minor touch-ups use OEM touch-paint; but NOT the pen. Get the 14ml container.

My dealer didn't have anything in stock. And they said all they could get were the pens. So I passed.

I did realize that I could just easily buy some online though. http://www.expresspaint.com/

$18 shipped for a 2oz jar. Not that great a deal but whatever.

Avoid the OEM touchup paint. Fades in the sun. Now i got white spots all over my bumpers.
