Fantastic Opportunity for the 2008 Lancer Folks!! Check it out!

Hey everyone,

I have been informed by a good friend that works at Extreme Dimensions of a fantastic opportunity for the Lancer community.

First of all, because of the rules of this forum, I am very limited to what can be said on this topic. I have been working with the admin's to make sure this posting was ok, but they warned me to be very careful in the words that I choose. In other words, details about this great opportunity can be discussed through a PM to me, or directly to the person at Extreme Dimensions (whos e-mail I will give in just a moment)

E.D. is looking for a 2008 Lancer to prototype a new kit on. Not only that, they would like to possibly take this particular car to SEMA 2007. This would mean a full sponsorship from E.D., and other high end companies to make sure your car is show worthy. So not only is your car going to be fully modified by SEMA time, but afterwards, there will more than likely be magazine coverage on your particular car.

Again I can't share many details at all. Please PM me, or write Geoff at GeoffreyB@extremedimensions.com for full details.

Before you get ahead of yourself, be warned that you should be ready to go without your car until as late as early November. The car will be in the prototyping stage for a while, then other mods will be added, then SEMA lasts until early November. It is recommended that you have a second car. Again, details can be made more clear through an e-mail to Geoff.

Please understand that by sticking to the rules of the forum this may not sound like the big opportunity that it actually is. If you e-mail Geoff you will be able to see what a huge deal, and fantastic opportunity this really is.

If you would like your car to be fully modified, have possible magazine exposure, and if you would like to attend SEMA this year, e-mail Geoff at the e-mail listed above.

Thanks!!

Buuuuut if it's true, good luck in your search.

I was mainly speaking with "CharlesJ" and "Blacksheepdj" about this post. I also went ahead and sent the link of this posting to CharlesJ as well. He will let me know if there are any problems.

i don't see why this thread would be a problem.
this seems like a great opportunity for someone who can't afford to mod their lancer but would like a show car. that is if you can live without your car for several months.

There was a concern that with too much information about this opportunity that it may sound like an advertisement. So thats where I had to be careful.

Yes, it is a fantastic opportunity if you were planning on going all out with your car from the get go. If they decided not to bring your car, you would have your car back with the body kit in about 6-8 weeks. That's an option as well. But, I dont know who wouldnt want to go to SEMA, and have a boat load of nice parts put on your car to boot.

The only thing the owner will have to pay is labor on some of the extra parts added on for SEMA. If not going to SEMA, the owner wont have to pay a penny.

I assure you it's no scam. Want information? Contact Geoff

We allow companies to find cars for prototyping as long as they do not promote there products or try to sell anything in the thread. There is to be no discussion of the cmpany or their products from them in here, but otherwise this is fine

Please tell your friends to check out this post, or give them Geoff's e-mail. They need to get going on this car, especially if its going to SEMA.

I also vouch for this. He is posting with EvoM's approval, as long as all rules are followed.
