ECU repair?

Didnt know where to post this, mods feel free to move.

My question, does anyone know a good company that does ecu repairs? does Mitsu do it? or is that even possible?

I've never heard of it being done - what exactly is the problem you are having?

the ecu is sending way more voltage to one of the coil packs than it should.
the coil pack gets really hot and theres no spark, though it was a short somewhere so i checked the wiring harness but it is fine.
I then checked the ecu pinouts for the two coil packs and one read .03v, normal, and the one going to the messed up one read 5.59v, im going to check my friends OZ tommorow and see what his are just to make sure, but from the shop manual .03 and below is normal.

I did a google for ecu repair and quite a few companies popped up, but they didnt seem too legit so i was just wondering if anyone ever knew if it was done.
