HELP moisture in headlights

This is the 2nd time ive found moisture in my passenger side headlight...
As some of you might know, i blacked (blued, to be precise) out the headlights a bit over a year ago, and i found moisture in the passenger side headlight couple months later.
I took the lights out, stuck them both in the oven, and pressed really hard to reseal them. They were clear for about a year until few days ago...meeh...

my theory is that the sealant had probably deteriorated and dried out at some spots so im probably gonna put some new sealant in. my question is:
what exactly is the name of the type of grey glue sealant thing in the headlights?
i bought some so-called silicone glue but they werent the right type...

merci beacoup haha

you could use some windshield glue. Same stuff they use to hold windshields in with. its made by 3m. comes in a silicone like tube.
