Now, before anyone gets upset, this is just temporary until I can A) afford to replace the steering wheel with an OEM, or B) get an Evo wheel with airbag.
The problem with my horn was that once you honk it, it wouldn't shut off. I pulled the relay and fuse so it wouldn't be on ALL the time because it seriously wouldn't stop. I read on here that someone else had this problem and when they went to the dealership they said it was kind of common. So I pulled off the wheel and tried to see if I could get to the little plastic pad switch thing (saw one after an airbag deployed in a clip car at school.) Couldn't get to it without ripping out the actual airbag, the squib came out fine.
After being nearly run off the road at least 4 times by NorCal drivers, and not being able to honk to let them know where I am, I got desperate. I went to the dealer with the steering wheel all pulled apart and asked a tech if there would be anyway possible to fix the horn without damaging the bag, he replied with "no". Exactly what I thought, so I needed a quick fix because a ghetto horn is better than no horn.

I didn't put it in the how-to's because I don't really advise anyone to do this since it isn't truely safe, but I wanted to throw the idea out there to anyone who's horn is either stuck on (sound won't turn off) or stuck off (no sound at all).

LOL I know. I needed a horn though and couldn't afford a OE replacement yet. Cali drivers are nuts. Especially those 4x4 and off roaders. Ghetto - yes. Permanent - NO! haha.
