Your pics are so close/blurry up that I can't tell quite what I'm looking at. If the only issue is a broken plastic bracket, you can probably JB weld it.

If it's anything like the plastic tabs on my OZ rally that broke, it did nothing to change the look or performance of the car. But you CAN use an epoxy or I believe JB has a plastic weld as well...

Fun little known trick... Take and clean any paint off under the tab and bumper. Go to the local store of your choice and buy a for sale sign or something similar in plastic... The plastic is styrene, or ABS depending on who you talk to... Cut a repair patch out of the sign... Go get some MEK solvent and a Q-tip... Coat both pieces with MEK and press them together... You may have to hold it for a while... Get a clamp or some clothespins if needed... While clamped, Q-tip the edges of the bond with MEK, it will suck into any open spots between the patch and the bumper... Wait until morning, and you will have a repaired bumper tab... MEK will melt the parts together just like model glue does to plastic models...

You might wanna remove the bumper/lip to get at it, but its easy and will cost no more than $10 if you take the time to do it yourself, i've done it several times with good luck...
