UPDATE!! For right now I am planning on keeping my car until at least the summer. Until them I am going to get ECUflash and EVOscan. Slightly bigger injectors (as I am taxing the limits of my stock ones), remove the MAF restrictor plate, and then tune away

I took off my MAF restrictor plate, tried to tune with the SAFC and got to +50% fuel (maxed out the SAFC) and was still running 18:1 AFR so I am figuring I am maxing the stock injectors. Not sure what else would cause this.
I highly doubt you're maxing the injectors, my guess is it's either a problem with the SAFC, a problem with removing the restrictor plate or a problem with the stock ECU adapting.
