Rear Seat Question for 08 Lancer owners

Hey everybody,

There's been some discussion on the 09 Ralliart forum about whether it will come with folding rear seats. Someone snapped the following pic of the Canadian spec 09 Ralliart and I was hoping someone could confirm or deny if these appear to be the same as their 08 Lancers rear seats. (minus the leather of course) Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I also don't see the seam for where the 60/40 split is.

If the seats don't fold, I wonder if that means the Ralliart has the rear-mounted battery and washer bottle....

This doesn't appear to be the case since both the battery and washer reservoir have been spotted in the RA prototype's engine bay.
