Cold Air Issue. Please help

so i washed my car.. and went to the gym.. on the way . my car stalls.. i start it back up and it slowly stalls again. happened 2-3 times..

i was clueless of what was going on.. so i start it back on. and slowly drive back home.. i check my filter and it was wet.. not soaked. but still wet..

so my question is.. is my engine okay still or is it possible something might of happened

You should be fine. If anything you may want to pull the plugs an make sure nothing is wrong. Doesn't sound like you got it wet enough to do any damage. It should dry and be okay

If your car is coming close to stalling its not really anything to do with water on the filter, there is not enough sucking force at idle to pull water straight up. Check to ensure your MAF didnt come lose. You can check your plugs but if their is now fouling, then its definately anything bad reaching the engine.

hope that helps..

Cheers
