It almost looks like OEM, but the foglamps appear to be blue, and the switch looks like it would mount where there is a blank plate. The price isn't bad either! Anyone ever seen these?

Looks like a waste of money for blue tinted lenses. Why you -wouldnt- be able to mount them using the current wiring harness should say a lot. It's not an HID replacement, it's a mock-up, look around online for some 'Headlight/Fog Light protection kits' -- Another big term for vinyl covers to either smoke, mock-HID-Blue or yellow your headlights with a simple cover.
