my lancer i bought used for pretty cheap was obiously crashed. the replacement fender was put on wrong i need to get it off so i tried it and ended up just ripping off the tops of the screws on the bottom i need help to get the thread part out
also how do i even get the fender off i saw in another thread that you need to get the side of the mirror off. how do i do that?? one last thing. Where can i get cheap aftermarket fenders and red mitsu touch up paint??

"EZ-outs" available at OSH or the tools dept at Sears.... you might be able to find them at Lowe's. I'm pretty sure Ace Hardware will have them... you ~might~ be able to find them in the tools section of an auto-parts store. However, I'd get the ones at Sears/OSH first; Craftsman tools have a lifetime warranty... 
Oh yeah, you'll need a drill to drill into the top of the torqued off screws and bolts to get the EZ-outs into them.
Some penetrating oil will help too. For frozen nuts and bolts, "PB Blaster" is the lube of choice among classic car owners (it works wonders on 30+ y.o. frozen bolts).
As a ~last resort~, you can always completely drill out the torqued off screw/bolt and re-tap the hole using a tap and die set.
