not to choose sides in this argument, but having HIDs properly installed and angled down to the proper cut off is what is lacking these days. Alot of HIDs or even regular halogen bulbs arent angled properly.

2010 Lancer

Mostly minor changes for the year. All the same engines and transmissions.

Hatchback version will be added for the GTS and Ralliart trim
ASC standard on all trims
Ralliart taillights on all trims
ABS standard on DE now
New meter design with mono color MID (DE/ES)
New high contrast meter with full color MID (GTS/RALLIART)
Restyled 16" Alloy (ES)
New I/P accent trim (GTS/RALLIART)
Additional interior chrome on hvac control and shift panel (GTS/RALLIART)
Larger side air dam (ES SPORT PKG/GTS/RALLIART)
New front lower console accessory box lid (GTS/RALLIART)
Leather wrapped parking brake (GTS/RALLIART)
Heated leather seats added to touring package (GTS)
Rockford Fosage upgraded to 710 watts (SUN&SOUND)
New windshield glass, new cup holder lid, solar UV door glass...

Base model pricing, package pricing TBD. I would expect $200-$500 base 5% more on packages, expect touring, I expect that to at least double becuase of the leather. Looking forward to a $27,000 GTS.

Those upgrades sound pretty nice! I want the new interior trim pieces, I've seen a couple in the X threads - they look pretty suave.

Too bad they dont plan on upgrading paint though!

i could care less about the trim upgrades and accents. but ASC standard is something I would love to have. And that touring package would be sick with the HIDs, leather and heated seats. Whats with the new windshield glass, i read somewhere its upgraded and is better outside soundproofing.

I would say for Mitsu those upgrades are pretty good! I especially like the idea of a GTS hatchback. I don't think I would get one, but nevertheless it shows more and more commitment on Mitsu's part.

Finally ABS on the base lancers. it is about time. Also the ASC sounds pretty good. The trim pieces aren't too important, but it looks like they are taking the cars much more seriously now than they used to

with the leather heated seats, all they need to add is power adjustable and the lancer will pretty much be the very best bang for your buck car you can get

Did you ever wonder how you could cut back on road debris coating the sides of your car? Our mud guards help deflect rocks, road tar, mud and other debris, helping to protect your paint job from all that abuse.

Finally added, hopefully means GTS models can get it. After complaining to Mitsu Rep that there was no option to even protect car they still won't pay for skirt and side damage.
