Angry Listen to this!!!

I know there have been threads about Altezza's but this is about a company who sells them. First off let me say I ordered the Evo 7 looking tail lights in late April from ASPECMOTORSPORTS.COM and I was told they would take 2-4 weeks to get to me due to so many people ordering them. So I said fine. Waited about a month and called and they said 2 weeks longer. Called again, 4 weeks, and so forth. It is now September and I am F**King pissed!!! I called Altezzalighting.com since they supplied ASPEC with the lights and talked to Sean which was very helpful. He told me that Matt from ASPEC cancelled all the orders and gave the credit back to the people. Well I didn't get my money back a month later. I left messages and no one calles me back.

What I want to know is if I should report this to the Better Business Bureau or whatever it is. I am so pissed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ASPEC!!!!

Go Get Em

Hey,

If you cannot contact the company directly, there is no doubt that you should contact the BBB. Good luck and sorry about the fiasco.

The BBB doesn't have much legal authority (at least not in WA, and I believe that to be true everywhere). The worst that can happen is that people don't shop at a given place because that establishment doesn't display BBB accredation.
Now, your states atorney general DOES have some power over companies that do business in their state. How these things work on the internet, I don't know.
Good luck though, bro. I hate it when companies like this manage to take advantage of well meaning people.

Dont waste your time with the BBB.

One word... CHARGEBACK.

Attorney General is a good way to go if you want give them a hard time, but if you just want your money back, call your credit card company and explain what happened.

Did you charge it on a credit card? If so call up your credit card company and tell them you want to report a fraud complaint against the company. and you want to deny payment for the amount in question

I'll second this.... this is why you have a credit card - I'd never purchase anything big or through mail order without one. It's just not safe.

Thank for all your help people. ASPEC actually called me back yesterday and said that they would look into it. Otherwise I did charge it on my vredit card and I go through the whole Fraud thing if nothing happens. The whole thing just ticks me off that something like this would happen. I can't seem to find the Red Tail Lights anywhere. Has anyone seen them around?
