ROAD/RACE- Tow Hook

Here at RRM we are always working on new parts for the 08+ lancer, some parts are turbo kits and other are just small add-ons in the case of our latest project, a tow hook. from our years of race experiance we have found that a tow hook can come in very handy in a tight spot and it can give your car that little extra race look. our new RRM tow hook is made just for the 08+ lancers and fits through the stock plug hole in the rear bumper so u dont have to drill any bumper holes... this is still just a prototype piece so let us know if this is somthing that you guys are interested in, it would be avaliable in RED, BLUE, OR GOLD powdercoat and would cost $79

on with the pics...................

$79 for a tow hook. Looks alright but I'll pass. Bring out projectors for 08/09 and I'll be all over that.

i really like tow hooks, but $79 somewhat hurts my feelings for just one. lol
…i’ll move on from the price and ask you this:
is a front one in the works or are you planning on just making a rear?

It looks silly on such a slow car. Is it safe to pull against that part of the rear end? My understanding is that there isn't too much structure hiding behind that bumper.

Who honestly takes these cars out on the track? I love my car and it goes good enough for me but I would never consider racing it. My uncle has a 300M w/ projectors and his low beams are way brighter then my high beams.

I heard this part adds 3 whp.

Do you think this will fit my girlfriend's stock auto 4 door Civic LX for those track days?

moral of the story, if your car is stuck in snow. Dont drag it out by a hook.
That said, The RRM hook looks great

Is there an ETA on this ?

projectors may be overrated but its #1 on most lancers and a lot of evos want list right now, definitely in front of a tow hook or front lip. as i stated before some company will hop on them and make lots of money off of it.

as for the tow hook looks wayy to ricey id laugh if i saw a lancer on the streets with a tow hook. just like having one on a 95hp civic
