After spending ages looking for the circut diagrams for the 08 lancer i finally found them
You can easily download these without going to those rapid share n all those websites. just click and download
this download has got all the wiring for the lancer INCLUDING the stereo.

This is the US version i believe, and im an aussie so ill double check everything when im doing wiring. so should you if your outside the US
