im not real concerned with the lancers resale value. because the MSRP is low that mean the resale value is low as well. you can not have a car with a low MSRP and expect it to resale at a high value its just not right...

The Lancer fairs no worse than any other economy car in resale value, the exception being Hondas and Toyotas. Try trading your Focus or Cavalier after one year and see what value you get.
