I always wondered this, why did they make the 04-06 lancer headlights so different and weird looking, compared to the 02-03 model lancer headlights, which look awesome. Whenever i look at my lancer it always reminds me of an rsx. WHY didnt they keep the old look which closely resembled evo headlights???

Anyone else think this??

 

The 02-03 didn't really look like the Evo lights imo.
Car companies like to change the looks of their cars as the years come so they can keep the customers interested.
rsx isn't a bad looking car

 

I know they didnt really look like evo lights, but they did a "bit", and yeah i know car companies like to change their cars but imo they should of made the lights different, and i know the rsx isn't a bad looking car my bro owns a type-s.
