I have a Thunder Grey ES Lancer with the Grey Interior. I was planning on getting an interior dash kit, but don't know which color will contrast well and look good against the grey. How do you guys feel about regular carbon fiber, silver carbon fiber (which I was leaning towards), or a blue gloss finish?
Also my g/f is buying me an exhaust for X-mas, and I am planning on getting the Magnaflow axle-back from RRM. I am looking for something that is not too loud or ricey, and am trying to avoid getting a big ***, high pitched muffler, what do you guys recommend and why?

I have the exact same car you do with the same interior. Im going with regular carbon fiber for my interior... and I have the RRM Magnaflow axleback and I love it. It will give you the purr that you are looking for

 

Thx bro, so it is a low kind of growl, not a high pitched noise then right? And I was convinced I wanted regular CF until I saw it installed on the grey dash. I think it looks like too much of a contrast, but I am not sure what to do. I think that the silver might not give enough of a contrast, so thats why I started to consider the blue, or perhaps maybe red CF.

 

I agree with the RRM axle back, nice sound, not too loud and looks good too!!!

 

I was thinking about it all last night and I finally thought that maybe a red carbon fiber dash kit would look best against the grey dash. I have already changed all the lights in my interior to red, and am getting reverse indiglow gauges so maybe red won't look so bad....What do you guys think?
