^dont bother wrapping it in vinyl, it wont be clean.
use plasti-dip for the grille if u want to black it out, no need to paint it. you can do the same for your bumper too

as for vinyl just find a graphic print shop, it should run you around $5 for the amount you need to cover your front bumper

yeah paint the bumper with plast-dip. durable, dark, clean, and if you ever don't want it on, it peals off (with a little effort) and won't damage the paint underneath.
it's quality stuff. and for 5 bucks, it's a do-it-yourself project.
