Replacement Wiper Arm - HELP!

Good morning all, this morning I awoke to a snowy car. I cleaned off my windshield and used an ice scraper to clean off most of the debri. I lifted up the windshield wipers to get the snow/ice from underneath the blades. I guess (like an idiot) when I put the wipers back down the passenger side wiper was on top of the driver side longer blade. As soon as I switched the blades on the driver sider arm bent. The portion that bent is the thinnest metal portion that connects the blade to the arm itself. I have a 2009 Lancer GTS. The arm looks to be comprised to three components. A thick sturdy arm that is directly attached to the wiper motor, a thinner portion which is the actual portion that can move away from the windshield as to replace the blades or clean underneath etc etc etc. The third piece is the piece in question. It is a thin piece of metal that runs underneath the second piece mentioned which is connected to a spring on the thick base of the wiper arm.

I called up my dealer and they want 80 bucks for a new arm. Does anyone know of a place online to order a replacement part? I can't find it anywhere!.

2009 Lancer GTS - Driverside Windshield Arm... also, is this a tough job to do on your own?
