that is at the bottom just above the pics....so they stated outright they have the ability to close the auction regardless...so they cant be held responsible etc etc

If this ever was made into a broadway play it would go something like this:

Title: MarkMoters are Mother*hehaw*

-One day a man finds a super deal on Ebay. He is excited and bids right away on the car of his wet dreams.
*obligitory song and dance with gay overtones* (cause all broadway plays are gay!)

-He waits and waits for the day to come that the bidding will end.
*more song and dance but slightly more dramatic to signify the waiting*

-The bidding ends and he has won! He calls his friends and his mother, over joyed...
*song and dance in the vein of a superbowl shuffle and tribal beating of random household goods, ie. pots, pans, garbage cans and such...* (cause as everyone knows, besides being gay, broadway plays now adays have to have stomping around on random household items)

-Then he finds out that the bidding was a farse, that's a lie to those of you that don't know what a farse is.
*sad song that turns quickly into a song of revenge and anger! METALLICA! (Not so gay this time cause it's serious now)*

-He plans on going Rambo on their collective asses and taken them out Navy Seal style!
(Song and dance is now calm and deliberate to signify planning and contimplation on how best to eliminate the bastards)

-The man calls his lawyer but is told it will take time... BUT HE IS MAD!
*Song and dance of him driving whatever car he has currently and ramming it into the dealership showroom... he goes super ninja kungfu matrix style on the salesmen who work there takes his keys but on his way out he drops a wad of cash to pay for the car he won and drives off into the sunset...)

The hero wins the car in the end... the patrons of the broadway show leave with having had the best show experience of a lifetime... the critics and haters leave discusted with it all and pan it in the newspapers as a flop...

Part two: Critics and haters are Mother*hehaw* Duce!

Shingen

PS-I've got way too much time

that has nothing to do with denying the sales of the car after the acution has ended..none of those reasons can be used to deny the sale of the car to that guy.
