battery issue

So I jumped a employee's car at work and he crossed the cables wrong and melted part of my battery. its just physical damage but its damaged none the less. Should I have my company replace the battery?
I have photos of the damage too.

If they are willing to then yes. If they are not, replace it yourself. Having dealt with an oozing damaged battery in the past it's not fun and the acid can do damage to your car and to you while you replace it.
