Bodyshop is going to be your best bet, honestly. They will do it correctly and make it look nice. I can say from experience - you really don't want to do this stuff at home. It never comes out looking very nice.

Won't be hard to paint it black yourself, but if you're trying to match the paint on your car... then that's hard

Lot of people cover their grill with vinyl to give it a flat black look

ive done all my work myself. came out great. ive painted my front bumper and grill. all you need for the front grill to come off is a screwdriver. really simple task. make sure you sand down the chrome with some fine grit paper to scuff up the chrome so ur paint will stick better. i wouldn't pay a shop to paint that little chrome part. just open up the hood. and look for the screws. theyre pretty obvious which ones need to come out. you gotta take out the whole grill for the chrome part to come out. takes only 5 minutes to do. easy job. if you have questions feel free to ask me.

heres some photos of it painted and one of it installed. i left the mitsu logo chrome. wanted it to still have a "stock feel." enjoy!

i used a flat black paint on the grill and bumper. people say don't use the rattle cans, but i did for both, and both are holding up unbelievably well. good luck! and let me know if u need any info or if you have questions
