Usually, it's around $900 - $1,200 depends of the quality. However, that's just part, and most of the time, it won't just bolt right on...you might have to do some minor fitting work. BTW, the stock bumper reinforcement have to go....

If you want a widebody, genuine-style Evo kit, you won't need to remove front or rear reinforcements at all.

Shark Racing has some body kits for Lancers and Mirages. I'm not sure if they will fit your car, but check it out.
