Interior lighting LED problem

Okay so this is kind of continuing off of my other thread but that information is not necessarily needed. Just known that I did short circuit my old HVAC unit board and since then I have bought another one. I tried to put this thing in and I have found out that this one does not light up at all. I have tried the original LEDs and also my mod. Neither of them work. I do have my parking lights turned on and I have also turned my lights fully on. It does turn on the leds when I push the buttons (those turn on and off accordingly). But it does not turn on the main leds. I have also noticed that down where my (I have a automatic) Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive, etc shifter is that they have also failed to light up.
Anything I can do about this? Maybe check some things? I just thought about this, possibly fuses? Any ones are dedicated to just led lighting? My clock lights up and Im certain that my radio would light up if I hooked it in.
So does anyone have any thoughts on fixes for this?
I can provide pictures if need be.
Thank you in advanced.
