Alright, i searched a bit and couldnt find what i was looking for.

I have an all custom exhaust, strait 2.25" pipes from ... DP back, no cat just all strait till the muffler which is welded on to the end of the piping.

Now, if i take this so a muffler shop to have them cut off the muffler, will i be able to sell this and for the person who buys it will they be able to have it welded on to their car and fit / work fine?

yeh i bought my cat back like that off of iamkar33m. he took it off his car had it cut right where the muffler was and i was gonna take it to my muffler shop have em weld it back together and install it on my car. so yes they can

yeah, it shouldnt be a problem. i had an apexi n1 exhaust on my old integra for about a year. i chopped it off, and sold it to my buddy. ironically he put it on his integra lol. it should be fine.
