My 0-60 time finally measured

Well i have been asked atleast 20 times since I posted that I went with the RRM intercooled kit in my AUTOMATIC lancer. Well after about 10 or so tries I felt that I had an answer.

6.5 seconds, thats right over 5 seconds faster than stock. I and my wife timed it with a digital stop watch and let me tell you this is probably as accurate as I can.

Let me express my thanks to Rob, Gabe, Boe, Andrew and all the other speed demons over at Road Race Motorsports for their support, knowledge and sadistic addiction to speed.

This thing smokes!!!!!!!!

Just tell me when you are going to do ur Dyno vince and I will be there to do mine at the same time. That 0-60 time sounds great and I want to know how you would do up against a non-inc manual like me. Congrats on the car.
Stop watch or not thats about the best you can get without going to a track. Which I think we should do again for another one of our SCLC meets.
Also good job to RRM. They always do a great job on their work.

BTW, I think you have by far the fastest Auto Lancer out there also. Can't say for sure but that would give RRM in front for manuals and autos.

I may have to try to give Rob and the guys at RRM a run for their money on a couple of those.

...But I doubt I'll ever spend a wad of cash on drag wheels/tires so whatever I do's gonna be on street tires.

6.5 thats an awesome time, but still not as fast as an evo lol.

Since the auto time is 6.5, what do u think the manual 0-60 time would be with a turbo- intercooled, i knwo it will be lower, but by how much?

Depends upon the driver.

I will have to say TURBOit will take it, If you look at our mods, I have nothing besides the turbo kit, not even exhaust. He has the intake manifold, exhaust, etc.

I think the manual would be another half second quicker or so, but again it all depends on the driver.
