Changing steering and brake fluids

I am about to change my trans fluid and spark plugs, and figured if I can learn how to change the brake and steering fluids and change the fuel filter, I'd pretty much be doing the 30k service myself (except for pressure testing the radiator). So, anyone know what kind of fluids to use and how much? Also, how easy is it to bleed and refill the brakes? And how to change the fuel filter? Thanks in advance!

Yep, Blacksheep's got it, I am doing my tranny fluid using all the iformation on the thread he posted above. I'm also doing the spark plugs with the how-to article on this site:

Had I known Billy wrote it, I would have asked him to help out!

It doesn't take a lot, but you're gonna scew up (it's inevitable)
Then I should buy 3 and I'll see about splitting this thread and moving that post into the how-to forum.
