sharkracing.com has a few products like body kits and road race parts. Rmrproducts.com has lip spoilers and a willwood brake kit.

RRM will have the largest selection of products for the Lancer you will ever see. I doubt anyone sells more products for the lancer than they do (specialized for the Lancer, not universal fit all crap).

I got my axle-back from them. Basically the guy takes OBX mufflers and welds some pipes to it but for the money I think its a good deal. Mine was slightly off centered as well because there is only one hanger, not two on it to hold it centered. What I did to resolve this is putting on a universal muffler bracket that you can buy at any auto store. Basically, it bolts to the car above the back of the canister and holds the piping stiff and with the little rubber piece between the bracket and clamp it will have enout give not to make noise. Good luck.

off center exhaust

i did about the same thing except i bought a hose clamp (like the ones used on air intakes) and utilized that third mount, i just took off the rubber piece and wrapped the clamp around the bar and the pipe and it squeezed it over a half in or so.

it was center when i first put it on but after diving a bit it settled
in crooked and i didnt notice it until it had scorched my bumper a bit. i do like your idea though, ill have to take another look at it.
