header questions

how much louder doe sthe header make your car to be with the greddy exhaust?...cusi dont want it to be that loud...any help would be appreciated

i had problems with the kamikaze. damn downpipe rubs up against the chasis when reversing, makes alot of noise.

I have no problems with the header, and love it. I have a differnt exhaust than you, and running a test pipe and it got a lot louder, probably illegally loud. But, if yo still have your stock cat in it wont gain too much but it will definatly be noticably louder.

archangelite - if you bend the hangers about 1/4" that rubbing will go away! I had the same problem and it bugged me to death.

a header will make your car considerably louder. However, there are alternate solutions such as adding in resonators, leaving a cat in, silencers....plenty of options!

Do the header!

ya like OZLancer said there are many things you can do to keep the car quiet but still have the header. and its a definatly upgrade for the performance and helps out alot!
