RRM Rear Upper Strut Here?
"they"?
anyway, Ricardon and I never got around to seeing if the Evo and Lancer rear strut braces are interchangeable, but I'm sure 5 minutes of Rob's time with the REE Evo will determine that one for us.

I'm almost sure that the evo's strut mounts are higher up...
i'm almost certain that the picture i saw was from an Evo8 rear trunk...cant be too sure because most all evo's look the same in the trunk area when they're stripped down...
anyway here's a lil illustration i made if you guys dont know what i mean.

and here's a little idea i had about RRE/RRMs K bar design for the evo's...[thats if evo's struts are mounted up higher as i thought]
i figure this design allows people to have trunk space as well as the stiffer rear chassis...dont know if a higher bar like that will effect in chassis rigidity
but thats the one thing i hate about having my generic rear strut bar is that it goes across close to the floor of the trunk and being an art student i have these huge projects and art equipment that i cant properly put in my trunk because of that bar...atleast if the bar sits higher it allows head clearance for my bigger bulky items.
hehe btw Rob this is Copyright protected! dont steal my idea! haha j/k!!!

Actually, if the Evo struts are really higher like that, they might be best off with a straight bar, but even if it is a little higher, if the pattern is the same, these could still fit. They would just sit higher in the trunk.
