Cedia headlight owners. Need help.

So i have been really looking into the cedia headlights for the 03 lancer es. They really look awesome and i would love to get them. But the only place you can really get them from is ebay. Now i know there is another thread about this and trust me i read through like the whole thing haha but they all bought them from a different seller. I wanted to see if anyone bought the cedia's from this seller or could give me info about this particular seller or just straight up if they are the cedias and not just the black usdm headlights. I would really appreciate the feedback

Well if you just look at them they're obviously not just black usdm headlights. The turn signal is located in a different spot and there are two reflectors for your beams. A big change from the way OEM lights set up.

I have these style lights. Not from this seller though. I had mine years ago. Both headlight bulbs are completely different from stock bulbs.

I can't comment on the seller but if you are really suspect of him I think rrm has the same lights on their site.

Oh yeah i know by looking at it haha i just wanted to be sure that the cedia's are what they ship and not the usdm ones. Its ebay so im iffy on it yanno? Haha its also from taiwan. Where did yours come from? And did they hold up great or have any condensation? I mean from the price it seems legit cause i remember reading that alot of people were getting them so they started upping the price and its the price around what others were saying. It does seem legit though, just want extra assurance

Yeah ill have to get all new harnesses and bulbs, ill have my friend help me split the hi/lo to a seperate high and low bulb

Man, it's been years. I honestly don't remember. What I do remember though is they came packed with newspaper from some place in Asia so, I guess.

I'm pretty happy with mine. No condensation, no headlight haze, minor stress lines (but like I've said I've had mine for years). The only thing that's off is there is a connecting ball type screw that is supposed to snap into the OEM socket if I'm not mistaken. And the new one is off some how. But it's no big deal, you just use the OEM pieces on the new lights.

The adjustment holes are located differently than OEM and to adjust left and right you'll have to remove the light to get enough room but no big deal really.

I think I paid around $180 or so then and had them for maybe 6 years. This was a good mod to purchase imo.

No big deal man! I understand. Well thats good to hear. From looking at that other thread it seems alot of people were happy with them and how they held up.

im pretty sure i know what youre talking about. Its like behind the oem parking light. Thanks for that info!

To be honest, i couldnt even find both adjustment screws on the oem lights i found the one, i think up/down, but couldnt find the other. would you be able to tell me where the left/right is on stock? When i get the cedias ill look before i put them on so i know

Yeah they really change the front end, itll go nice with my black grille. I like fell in love with these headlights as soon as i saw them and wanted them ever since haha

also they are dual beam lights , so you will have to split the 9007 socket into 2... their are 3 wires total. 1 ground and 2 hots.. one is highbeam and other is lowbeam.. and you will likely need h1 adapters too, like I did with mine...
see: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/la...eadlights.html . Page 6, post #90 has pinout of 9007 socket & page #8, post 109 ( 2005 Mitsubishi Outlanders share the SAME H1 socket adapters as cedia headlights )

Do you have some pictures you could post of them on your car? And so $350 for the headlights and the signals being painted and then more for shipping?
