Getting new tires and slotted rotors. If i wasn't saving up for a new car id get 17inch enkies and wider tires but I'ma save that money. And make it as nice as I can instead without the rims

It looks great and handles great. And isn't expensive at all.

But quick question, where can I buy eibach sportline 2 inch lowering springs, for preferrably under $200? I'm not going to spend the usual $250-$300 on eibach Bc I've seen eibach sportline springs out there for $170 but for an evo not for an ES. And I've also seen eibach springs for ES for $160 but only lowering 1.2 in the front and .9 in the rear. I was looking for a little more so it actailly makes a difference.

Where did you see the Eibach sportlines for the ES? I have never seen them. The only lowering springs I have seen for the ES are the Teins (f/r - 1.2/.9) and Megan Racing (F/R-1.5&quot I believe. Someone has also mentioned a brand called "King" but that's about all I know. Whichever you go with be careful you blow your struts. You mentioned your car has high mileage, if you haven't replaced your struts since your purchase it's possible that they don't have much life left.

Whoops my mistake I think the springs I saw were tein. Haha. At the end of the day I just want my car to sound good, but lately it's been sounding raspy, all I was is a nice deep toned sound. But when i accelerate it's like raspy but after a few seconds it gets deeper. But the raspy noice just irritates tf out of me ahaha

As far as I know the KYB GR2s are the best option. I have seen some cheaper ones online.

There are actually no aftermarket shocks for our cars, unless you go coilovers. Those are OE spec'd dampers. As I said there may be cheaper options but I'm not sure they would give you anything close to OE performance.

Do you think this cat will fit on my 03 lancer es? Replacing the stock rear cat.

It's shaking in how? Does it happen only above a certain speed? Say 50mph? Have you checked your inner & outer tie rod ends? Brakes?

It starts shaking at 60mph and I hve a slotted rotor on my driver side but not on my passenger side that rotor just came in yesterday so maybe that's why..:?

I don't think that's what it is but it wouldn't hurt to make sure that both sides have the slotted rotors. Besides it should be easy to eliminate. It was there before you replaced the rotor, right? And you didn't mention that it was there when braking or not. Check your inner & outer tie rod ends. They are most likely the culprits.

Yeah that exactly what I thought my dad kept saying the two different rotors might have been the problem but I've had been running with two different rotors
For a while now and it's been fine but all a sudden it's started shaking so I think ur right on this. I'll be sure to check it out. Anything I should be looking for in particular? I'm guessing like corrosion or cracks in the tire rods?
