RPW Header Jet-Hot'ed!!!

right now, im running an odd setup, the RPW header/downpipe which has a collector thats 2.5", but that connects to my stock mid-cat thats only 2.0"!! and then to my GReddy thats 2.25"! this is unexceptable, so i went ahead and ordered the Buschur Racing 2.5" Hi-Flo cat and the 2.5" cat-back with magnaflo muffler. The main reason i went with Buschur is because i have worked with one of their parts in the past(downpipe) and it was just an amazing part! Beautifuly crafted and welded, plust its 304 stainless
also, they were the only cat-back i could find thats 2.5" as well as the hi-flo cat. Soooo once i get all that stuff on muh ride, imma have her dyno'd. ill keep ya'll posted!

i have that same set up in theory right now as u have.
the kamikazi header + DP going to the stock cat and then 2.25" catback -
now are we actually loosing power because of this? Because if so that sucks, b/c there aint nothing i can do right now because well i have no money for anything haha.

well.. i wouldnt say your loosing anything reallly from it, but maybe a little. i just installed my Buschur hi flow cat and 2.5" cat back about two hours ago.. and with my setup finally complete, i can DEFINITLY feel a HUGE difference! The car just pullls and pullls! Tires chirp outta first and second! So i personally think having a complete exhaust setup (ie. all same size piping, mandrel bent of course) helps alot. Only thing with my current set up is its CRAZZZY LOUD!

Im pretty much broke for a few months, possibly until the end of the summer.. have too many bills to pay, plus i wanna go away this summer with my girlfriend, and thats gonna require me to save up some money. But what im really looking to do next is some ECU work, possibly RRM piggy back, but not sure yet. If i decide to go high compression, and get cams, ill go with GReddy EManage, but im not sure yet, that would be very costly.
So as of right now, im happy with my setup.
