4G94!

It would not be fair any other way. It had forged pistons but everything else was stock. In fact it was a motor we got at junkyard.

So you said on one of the other posts that you are hoping for 11's with the new motor. IS there going to be anything else new about it besides the forged pistons (again) and the new good rods?

Nope. Motor will be the same. I am looking at changing turbo to a larger one though. Rest of the time will come with some real traction.

I agree with hot shot also but I guess your the man that knows what he is doin.

Also I forgot to ask this in my last post but what ever happened to the CARB certification? Im sure you would get some new buyers if they knew they could pass smog with the turbo in there.

CARB Certification is still in the works. There's alot of red tape with this sorta issue so it takes a LONG time to get it done. Too much paperwork and testing and other crap. That's what I heard last from RRM.

Maybe I'll take your advice on the turbo thing. Motor went to machine shop today.

if you were to upgrade the turbo to the drag car will that turbo become standard on the turbo kits that you guys sell?? and for those who bought the current kit can we change?? or are you going with a completely different type of turbo set up discarding the up-pide and down-pipe?? hope we can just do some minor tweeking to it so we don't have to do a whole lot with the ones we already have..
