Hey All,

Stopped in at my friendly dealer this past Friday for some parts and got some news. I don't know if this is new news or old news, so if it's old, please be gentle. I'm just trying to help!

- New Evo to launch and/or be available on or around Super Bowl date.

- 3 new 's coming out this fall - Evo, Outlander (Suburu Forrester-type SUV), and another vehicle I wasn't able to find out about.

That's all I heard for now. Exciting to see what happens!

 

The Evo won't be out this fall, we gotta wait till 2003. And the other vehicle they're talking about is the Endeavor, another POS SUV. I believe this one won't be available until 2003 too.

There's also the possibility that we might get the wagon version of the Lancer some time in the near future...

 

If it's anything at all similar (i.e. AWD and decent HP...not expecting anything technically cloes to JDM, but performance wise maybe similar) to the Ralliart Cedia then I'd get one as my next car. Damn, I love that thing.
